Meet The Owner
I’m Jason Phillips, the owner of Hammer Bookkeeping LLC, and I’m passionate about helping business owners make informed, confident decisions through clear and reliable financial data. I hold a bachelor’s degree in operations management and analysis. I've worked in many industries and managed businesses for the last ten years. That background allows me to see beyond the numbers—to understand how day-to-day operations, systems, and decision-making all connect. My goal is to provide bookkeeping that doesn’t just record history but actively supports smarter planning and sustainable growth. As a business owner myself and the parent in a blended family of six children, I understand firsthand the importance of time, clarity, and trust. Business owners wear many hats, and my role is to take the financial organization off your plate so you can focus on leading, growing, and enjoying your business. Outside of work, I enjoy motorcycle riding, training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, playing guitar, and I’m also a certified gunsmith.
